We had a wonderful time staying at the Bear Den. The view was incredible and the cabin is like new. The distance from town was a little farther than we expected, but it was manageable. Thanks for making our first time to Tennessee a memorable one.
The cabin was perfect for our honeymoon. We felt at home from the moment we entered and did not want to leave. It was the perfect stress free getaway we were hoping for.
Our stay at the Bear Den was wonderful and relaxing. It was just what we needed for a 4 night get away. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time in TN, without even leaving the cabin if we were not up to it. We hope that our next visit is during the fall so that we can enjoy the changing leaves from the back deck.
We had the best time ever. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Loved the previous guest books, helped us try out places in the area. BEar Den was very clean, and had just about everything you would need when being away from home. We have already decided to come back in 5 years for our anniversary. We would and have highly recommended this rental to friends and family. Thank you so much the Davis'. :)
The cabin was great, and we had a wonderful time. When we first arrived, we were worried because it was right next to a couple of other cabins, which was not mentioned on their website. However, the design and layout of the cabins was such that it wasn't really an issue; in fact, we didn't see anyone else until 5 days or so after we got there. The cabin was very nicely decorated, and had a great view of the mountains. It was also in a great location, away from town, but easy to get to wherever we were going. Overall, we had a great time, and we're hoping to be able to go back sooN!
Wonderfully cozy place to stay. Great views from the hot tub or from the breakfast table. Felt secluded, but not too secluded as there are five units in a row. Only downside was the 15 to 20 min drive to Gatlinburg, but wouldn't trade the experience.
Hands down the best place we ever stayed in the Gatlinburg Pigeon Forge area.
This cabin is everything we hoped it would AWESOME view of Mt. LeConte; an extremely clean, well appointed cabin with all the extras one would expect. Even had a wine opener!! We hope to come back to stay again, soon. We even got to meet the owner; he was friendly and kind to us!
We could not get the internet connection to work. It kept asking for ComCast account information...more information on how to successfully connect would be a welcome addition to your information book. Also, a hairdryer would be a great addition!

Bear Den is a great little retreat. We were a little concerned about the cabins next door being too close, but not a problem at all. The view is gorgeous. We spent as much time as possible on the deck--ate our meals out there and relaxed with cocktails at night. The creek that runs just down the hill provides very calming background noise. The week flew by. We'll go back for sure. I can't say enough good things.
This cabin was perfect!! I don't thinnk that I have ever stayed anywhere that was as clean and well-maintained. Very well stocked with utensils, etc. We enjoyed so much that we just went out for dinner one evening and prepared all of our meals in the cabin. Wonderful view of the mountains. Great Bed --I would highly recommend this cabin.
It was the perfect environment for a honeymoon because we could only relax since there was so much snow on the ground. We actually had to wait to leave the cabin everyday no sooner than about noon. We will definitely come back to Gatlinburg, make sure we stay here, and make the stay in the warmer parts of the year so we can get a better view of the mountains, and go through the national park to Cherokee.
The location, cabin, sites and everything else was just perfect! It wasnt right in the middle of everything but wasnt too far either. The cabin was gorgeous and will visit again.
We highly recommend this cabin rental company to anyone. We enjoyed our stay in the cabin and while engaging in many local activities during our 3-night stay.

This Cabin is exceptional and the property owner ensured our stay was very comfortable. The location is a little far out but worth the drive as the seclusion and the views are worth it..we truly appreciated the privacy when we turned the resort drive into a snowy playland. Also, we had no problems traveling in and out with all the snow, which is a must!! This is our fourth annual Christmas trip with small children and we so appreciated the exceptional accommodations.
Very relaxing cabin was CUTE and cozy. Hot tub was great. Would definitely stay there again.

The bear den made our trip unforgettable!!!!!! The view is unbelievable. The back deck is where we spent most of our time when we were at the cabin. It is awesome. I will be back..... for sure.
I loved every single thing about this cabin. I had the pleasure of staying in another cabin prior to this one which was bigger and had a few more amenities. i though i was going to be dissapointed when we switched to the smaller cabin because our family had left. CONTRARY .. i was taken aback by the gorgeous views decor and cleanliness of this cabin. You have a customer for life. It was a magical honeymoon and the management is absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for making us feel so at ease and happy in this paradise away from home.
The spetacular view and perfect choices in decorating made my honeymoon breathtaking. When we walked in, it felt as if we were the first to have ever stayed there.
