Lazy Daze was everything we hoped it would be. We felt comfortable and at ease the moment we stepped into the house. It was clean, spacious, cozy, and very inviting. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water (the rain shower heads are fantastic), plenty of kitchen equipment. We had no complaints!
Lazy Daze Lodge was a beautiful cabin with great views and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay spending time soaking in the outdoor hot tub or enjoying a movie on the 9' home theater room screen. There was plenty of room and comfortable furniture to truly make Lazy Daze Lodge feel like home for a week. I'd highly recommend the property. The only "issues" we had were that a hot dog was left in the microwave by the cleaning crew as was a cardboard pizza box left in the oven. No big deal, but a fire hazard if you used the oven. Those little issues aside I highly recommend Elk Springs for your next Smokie Mountain getaway!
The on site play area and swimming pool are in the works. There is a park and indoor pool about 1 mile from the property in the interim.
What a wonderful week. Cabin was extremely clean, excellent location, relaxing views. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. This is our second time staying with Elk Springs and have never been disappointed. Can't wait until next year...... Thanks.

The theater room was the best. The only thing I would like to say is that I would have love to be more in the mountains. The lazy daze was not up far enough to me but the overall cabin was wonderfull and I will be returning again this year. The cabin was very clean and they provided every thing from dish towels to the gabbage bags and they also provided additional blankets for the theater room. The rooms were excellent and the beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed the space and the tub with the spa in every room. Please continue to keep doing what you have done and you will most likely be here a long time.Thanks

This truly was the best vacation we have had in a while. the resort was great the staff went above and beyond for us. After arriving late, we had to contact the main office and with in a few minutes they returned our call with access code and with in few minutes of that a personal visit by the staff asking if we needed anything and showed genuine concern that they had been trying to contact us but were unable. The cabin it's self was exactly as described. Clean and organized. We are going to set a date in the near future to stay again. Thank you Elk Springs and to all you staff.
There was no broom or vacuum and this was a problem when so many were coming and going--we needed a broom. The windows were very dirty and cobwebs and dust on the ceiling fans--I know it's all really high up, but with wedding pictures being taken against the windows, it was a little annoying. Other than that, all was great and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
We had a wonderful and memorable Thanksgiving at Lazy Daze Lodge. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Bed rooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all three families. The theatre room was great! The kids loved the game room. The location was perfect. We will definitely return to Elks Springs and would recommend it to all of our friends.
The cabin our family and friends stayed at over the labor day weekend was the most beautiful cabin I've ever seen. There is nothing like it the views are phenomenal. From the time you open the door the frist day you arive untill the day you leave your still amazed by everthing. You just can't amaging untill you see it for yourself.
The Cabin was beautiful, it had everthing as it was stated online. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars was because it was so new the driveway was not yet pathed, and some of the bathroom vanities did not seem completed yet. Some "things" were still missing such as hooks in the bathrooms. Not a big deal, just noted it.

WE had such a great time at the Lazy Daze Lodge. We absolutely loved the cabin. It was perfect for kids, grandparents, and parents. The cabin was gorgeous!!! Loved it...

We were very satisified with our stay and will recommend this place to all our friends and family.
Overall the stay was great. It would have been beneficial to have a broom or vacuum to clean up from day to day instead of waiting until checkout. I also called to report damage to a couch and door knob and was told someone would come out to see but no one ever came. However, these were very minor issues and the stay was great overall and the cabin was very beautiful. Thank you, Jeremy Thompson
Hi Jeremy, we did come to visit to fix the door while you were out. Sorry about the couch, it did break during your stay and we were unable to fix it. It can be difficult to get a furniture repair person on the weekends, but we've remedied the problem now.
Sauna seat had been pulled away from the wall and the microwave was a little loose but we had a great time in the cabin we will stay again
