We loved the property. It was perfect. We hope to stay there again soon.
We had a great time. We loved both the hot tub and jacuzzi, and surround sound in the theater room. The cabin was in a great location. Not to far from the activities but still quiet and secluded.Oh, just a couple of small things. We needed more trash bags only two were provided. We cooked all three days and we had a total of seven people in the cabin so we had a lot of trash. Also, we only had one small frying pan. For the size of the cabin at least one big one would have been nice. The only other thing, was the small insects inside the cabin. Maybe a good spray would keep the bugs away. We had a great time, and will be planning on going back soon!

THIS CABIN WAS EVERTHING THE PICTURES SHOWED . STAFF WAS EXCELLENT . I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CABIN . ILL BE BACK TO THIS RESORT .EVERTHING IN THE CABIN YOU NEED TO MAKE IT LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME .
This was our second stay @ Elk Springs and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Gatlinburg! We love the cabins, location, staff, amenities, etc. Check in/out is so easy and stress free and the cabins are always amazing. Can't wait to stay w/ Elk Springs again!!!
We had a great time in our cabin. It was exactly as advertised and the staff was unbelievably helpful. They even came out at 8 PM our first night there to resolve a maintenance issue!When we come back to the area we will look at Elk Springs Resort first.
this was a great place to spend a vacation with the family. The cabin was very clean and large! The cabin was just far enough away from downtown for us still to enjoy it when we decided. th staff(who stayed out of sight), were very helpful. My husband left some paper work he needed Monday morning in the cabin and was afraid he would not be able to get a hold of anyone to retreive it...that was not the case we called and found out housekeeping gave it to the property manager. we were able to turn around and pick it up...on a sunday!
If we needed anything, someone was right there to get us what we needed. I would highly recommend Mountain Magic. Very nice.
It would be nice if a small bottle of kitchen cleaner (lysol, bleach, or something of the like) was available to wipe down countertops and stove after cooking. That is the ONLY thing thing we missed having. Everything else was absolutely perfect!
We brought a group of 40 teenagers and the cabins were amazing. The management was extremely helpful and the trip was very memorable.
It was very peaceful and loved every moment there. The cabin was amazing. A part of me didn't want to leave.Planning to come back next year.
We will return in the future.
The cabin was great!!!! The location was great just needs a common area and pool. We would stay again!
This was one of the most enjoyable trips I have ever taken. The cabins were beautiful and the location was perfect. Close to town but also secluded. I am already planning a trip back!

We would recommend Elks Lodge to our friends and family. We hadn't unpacked and were already planning our next trip.
The Mountain Magic cabin was beautiful. The cabin was roomy. The property manager, Andy, was very nice. We were referred to Elk Ridge Resorts and we will also refer friends and family to Elk Ridge. We will be back soon!!!
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay to Mountain Magic. We just wish it would've lasted longer. Cabin is just as pictured and provided plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. There was so much to do at the cabin that we just stayed in one day, playing pool, watching movies, grilling out and taking advantage of the hot tub. We had a great stay!
The cabin over all was really great. There were plenty of beds and sleeping space to accommadate everyone in our group. It was also nice to have the giant screen downstairs to watch movies together on.
Had a creepy crawaly bug issue down stairs bath and bedroom...not bad but killed a dozen or so...don't like bugs...still had wasp problem by hot tub...these were small issues it was close to the national park and town and well equipped and clean.
This cabin was very beautiful and clean when we arrived. The main issue was the wasps that attacked us when we arrived. There were many in the house, dead and alive, as well as a swarm outside the slider. The decks were unusable for some of the time there because of the wasps. My daughters were petrified to be in the cabin until I killed all of the wasps inside. I called the management company and they were pretty quick to send someone to spray for them, but they could only do that outside. They did keep finding their way inside, unfortunately, over our whole stay. Another issue was the fact that there was only one rocking chair on the decks when we arrived. Again, the management company was quick to respond and they brought the rockers promised on the internet. The cabin was quite a ways from downtown Gatlinburg, I was hoping that it would be within walking distance. All in all, the cabin was very nice, even with the issues.
Hi Jamie, the wasps were particulary bad in our area early this spring - much much worse than we've ever seen before, but we definitely have them under control now. Sorry for the inconvenience and we do hope that you stay with us again - I think you'll be very impressed on your next wasp free stay.
Usually when you check photos on a website the photos depict a the facility in prestine condition; however, normally when you arrive for the most part it is the same, but not as immaculate as in the photos. This was not the case at this cabin. The cleanliness and beauty is exceeded the photos! Very pleased with the rental!
Great location and well equiped cabins, we will be back. Thanks to Andy and the staff. As a suggestion, since the cabins have rounded walls, where each log meets the next; it would be nice if someone wiped the walls down on the top side of each log, unfortunately, dust collects on each one. With allergies in our family we have to be aware of our surroundings. Thanks again!
We just assumed there would be little things like salt and pepper and coffee filters, which there were not and we had to go out and buy. The hot water in the master BR tub is installed backwards. The knobs should at least be changed to show the right color. We did very much enjoy our stay there and will come back again. Thanks
