  This is my third time to the area and I will not stay anywhere else from now on. The condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. For the price, there is absolutely no reason to stay at a hotel!

  We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo was very nice and cleanliness was superior. The views from the balcony were great, watching the ducks and geese to the sunsets. We were within a few minutes drive to everything or you could pick up the trolley at the corner. I would recommend River Crossing to anyone, it beats staying at a hotel.

  I was a little skeptical,because I typically stay in a cabin. However, once I walked through the door I felt like I was @ home. Condo was spacious and nicely decorated. Only amenity I would add is a Gameroom area (i.e. pool table) If they add that, it would be 5 stars!

  My famiy and I were very satisfied with our stay at this great property. The location was ideal and easy access to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The condition of the property was excellent and very clean. The management comapny called us to see if things were ok. I give this property an A++ RATING "5". I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

  This was our first stay at River Crossing, the location was perfect. Close to restaurants and equal distance from both trade shows we were attending. The unit was very well furnished except for a few simple fixes. There were no coasters in the unit, only one patio chair and no table, no luggage cart, and no TV guide. The TV’s guide would not function and it took a great deal of flipping channels to get the basic layout down. All the utensils and silverware were of good quality but the dishes were the cheap white ones that are thin and small, an upgrade of the dishes is needed to complete the kitchen. I was contacted by the management after the first day to see if everything was acceptable. Most issues were minor so I declined having any fixes done while we were there.
  Overall I would recommend this property to anyone needing an upscale, clean unit in the downtown area. I would definitely stay there again.

  We really liked this location and would stay there again. Also Marty and the rest of the ELks Springs Staff was so helpful and easy to deal with. We thought this was the perfect location as well for our family and the things that we like to do. It was quaint based upon where the property sits but it was close enough to feel connected to the city. Really an awesome location.

  This was one of the greatest rentals our family has ever used!!! The condo was new, super clean, had lots of room, and the location was perfect for our long weekend stay. We definitely plan on staying here in the future!
