  My family and I just stayed at Elk Springs River Crfossing Condo's April 5, 2013-April 8, 2013. Our condo was just as pictured- updated appliances,bedrooms,spacious baths,beautiful view of the city,lake,and right in the middle of everything! The kids and I first words when we walked through the door were "WOW!I consider this our home away from home whenever we visit TN and will always stay on an Elk Springs Resort Property! We will be back in June!Thanks for starting a family tradition on the right note:)

  This was my mom last trip to Pigeon Forge as she will be relocating to Okla. Mom said she felt like queen for the day. The rooms were clean,and kitchen equipped with all necessary items. It was amazing quiet the area was to be 6 blocks from Tangier outlet and NASCAR for my nieces. So the location was perfect. We had a lovely time and enjoyed our condo. The reservation process was effortless as was the check in and check out. Thank u for the late checkout for my 86 year old mom. I would definitely stay here again! Happy New Year !

  We had a great experience. The only thing i can complain about was when we printed out the directions, they were not there. SO, I E-mailed that the directions did not show up all they sent back that it was in Governors Crossing. No address. So i actually found it because it said on the website that it was walking distance from Tanger Outlet mall. So using that info, i used Google Maps to find the building. If older people that rent and are not tech savvy they could have an issue. You need to give the address of the condo, period. As far as the condo it was excellent. Thanks.
