This brand new 3 bedroom condo is walking distance to the Tanger outlets, the Speedpark and many restaurants. Unit 201 is located in Governers Crossing its convenient to the popular attractions in Pigeon forge. You don't need to pay the premium at some of the higher priced condos and maybe you don't need everything that a cabin has to offer. As such, you can get a brand new condo with fireplace, jacuzzi tub, Washer/Dryer, HDTV and FREE high speed wireless internet. My husband and I along with our three children, two sons-in-law and two grandchildren rented one of the condos through Elk Springs Resort as an opportunity to all be together before our son left for his first year of college. We found our stay to be all that we hoped it would be. The condo was very modern and extremely clean. Although the other condos were rented out as well it was very quiet and private. I would recommend Elk Springs Resort condos to others and look forward to staying there again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated beautifuly and everything needed for our stay was provided. I really liked waking up and going out onto the balcony and feeding the ducks and geese that were in the lake. We plan on using Elk Springs again for future vacations.

the description says that there are 3 - 37 in tvs in the bedrooms, but only 1 had a 37inch. the others had a much smaller tv. The towels provided were clean, but very small. larger towels would be very nice. The fireplace was difficult to light,so we just used the central heat and air. The condo was very clean and allowed for a confortable stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location of the condo.
