  The cabin itself was fantastic. It was close to everything that we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge and the cabin was just spotless. When our coffee pot didn't work, they immediately brought over a new one that did work. Wonderful crew, professional. The one thing about this cabin that was a negative was that it was not as secluded as I thought. Although they did warn us that this cabin did not have a mountain view, it did not have much of a view at all except the road below. Otherwise, I would absolutely use Elk springs again. Amazing company, this is how business should be done.

  Mountain Flower was a perfect cabin for a weekend getaway for two. It is just minutes away from restaurants and shopping, but once you're on location, you're in a different world--truly a place to relax and unwind. We are already making plans for a return visit!

  Most impressed with my stay here. Clean, spacious cabin with a wonderful hot tub. Very close to area attractions, but far enough that you don't feel like you're in the middle of everything. Very relaxing--will definitely be back!

  Wonderfully peaceful and private yet close to everything (10 minute drive) this was the perfect retreat for my husband and me. Very clean, adorable cabin, we ended each day sitting in the rocking chairs admiring the gorgeous view. Great hot tub and fireplace. Even a closeby Kroger - great for picnic supplies or an evening grill out. A+++++.

  A wonderful place to get away and just relax. Enjoyed just sitting on the porch and reading. Proximity is such that you can be back in the crowd in minutes if you so desire. Would definitely go back again.

  Cabin was very clean. Close to attractions yet private. Three things we'd like to see improvements on - lighting in bathroom was very poor, the couch was very soft - you sit way .... down so it's not very comfortable and the bed's mattress was very soft...we're used to a firmer mattress. But the location was great and the cabin and hot tub were very clean.

    The good news is that we have replaced the couch at this cabin and we have also replaced the mattress. The appliances will also be replaced within the next 7 days. Upgrades were necessary and now are completed! Thanks for the feedback!

  Renting a cabin from Elk Springs Resort is not difficult at all,I loved the fact that ESR embraces the internet. Also,you can call them for help if one needs to.Received all the information we needed before leaving via email. After we arrived received a call to make sure we had located the cabin and everything was ok!. The cabin looked like the photos online, I really enjoyed seeing the stars in the sky. The shopping was awesome, I loved the fact that the roads were paved and not dirt. It was just what the doctor ordered. Peace and Quiet.

  The "Little Mountain Flower" was adorable! There was plenty of supplies for the entire weekend and it was in a secluded area away from the traffic and noise. The directions to the cabin were perfect and we will be staying at these cabins again. We have children and the next trip will include them and I will be at ease knowing the cabins are perfectly safe and well suited for families.

  My boyfriend and I stayed at this cabin the weekend before Valentine's Day. We had no issues booking the cabin and actually got a better deal because I called and spoke with a representative directly... the property is on an extremely steep, narrow hill (in mid-Feb I questionned whether we would make it up with the light snow) but we made it up fine. The actual cabin is nice, but small. As soon as you enter the door you can pretty much see the entire cabin. From the photos online, I was anticipating the heart-shaped jacuzzi to be in a room across from the bedroom, but they are in the same room... with the jacuzzi being about 3 steps away from the bed. It had a beautiful view and was perfectly located right in the middle of Pigeon Forge, so Gatlinburg was easily accessible as well. My only disappointment is that it was smaller than what I expected, but we certainly go what we paid for.

  The wife and I wanted a get-a-way and this was perfect. The cabin was equiped with wood buring fire place, very nice. The outdoor hot tub was nice but temperature setting could not be set high enough. The indoor jacuzzi bath however was nice. Overall I'd recommend it and hope to do it again soon.
