  The cabin was actually better in person than in the description. I love to cook and the full kitchen was surprisingly well stocked. Gatlinburg was a total tourist trap, so my recommendation is to use the beautiful kitchen and cook for yourself! Jeremy was extremely helpful and responsive when we were having issues.The cabin is extremely clean and in great condition. Appliances are modern and work well. Even the internet access is decent. We were very, very pleased with our stay.

  We have made two trips to Gatlinburg this past year. The first being a family vacation and the second for a romantic getaway. Elk Springs Resort is fantastic! The cabins are absolutely beautiful and the views from the balcony are amazing.

  We stayed in the cabin Picture Perfect, and everything about it was fantastic! This place was 5 star all the way. The only issue we had the entire trip was the gas bottle running empty in the middle of grilling steaks on Friday night. I phoned my contact person Jeremy, and he had someone there & had a new 1 installed in exactly 10 mins. That was great service! We will definitely be using Elk Springs again in the future. Just an amazing & beautiful cabin!!

It was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. We are planning on doing yearly trips to our cabin now. We didn't want to leave and we can't wait to go back.

  The cabin was unexpectedly exactly like the photos. Walking in to the cabin you get this sense of relaxation. There were minor issues with the cabin but overall it was perfect. My husband and I spent more time getting R&R than we thought. We cooked dinner every night in the cabin and made breakfast every morning.   We went for our anniversary. I couldn't have imagined a better experience. You never know what you are going to get when you book online, but this place was as good as (if not better) than the picture. So clean and the support staff was incredibly attentive. You just dont expect that level of customer service now a days. I will recommend this cabin and resort to anyone traveling to Gatlinburg.

  We have stayed at many cabins near Gatlinburg TN since 2000. Picture Perfect was by far the nicest, most luxurious cabin we've ever rented. It was private despite having neighbors to either side (which is always our paramount concern - I don't want to see/hear my neighbors while I'm relaxing in the hot tub) close enough to town and the national park to be convenient but off the beaten path enough to feel like you're "going home" at the end of the day. Too many cabin highlights to mention and if you've read the description of the place you've already seen them all. So many little conveniences and such attention to detail. Even the dishes and bed linens were the nicest of anyplace we've ever stayed. Elk Springs was just as great and booking through them (and more than likely re-booking Picture Perfect) is probably going to become an annual tradition for us.

  We had a wonderful experience during our stay! Everything was perfectly clean and had everything we could ever need. We were impressed with the privacy on the outside deck with the hub tub. Our only negative were the electric fireplaces. We were expecting them to give off heat. Being used to a gas fireplace at home we were a litte disappointed with the electric. We can not wait to our next anniversary!!

  Would highly recommend Bear Mountain Resort and the Picture Perfect cabin. Rental was one of the cleanest I have experienced (I have been a business traveler for over 10 years and am rarely satisfied in this regard), and the cabin really was deluxe. The TV/sound system was great for movies (much better than we expected), the hot tub was a dream, and the shower was really fun too. The customer service was excellent, cabin was easy to locate, and the view was amazing. Very quiet area and yet close enough to downtown if you want to venture out. Even though the cabins are so close together, you really have a great sense of privacy once inside, and on the lower deck (where the hot tub is). You can also see/hear a creek that runs alongside the road facing the cabin, which was a great surprise as we did not recall that being advertised. We would definitely return to this cabin.

  Picture Perfect was fantastic! Beautiful,clean, new cabin the overlooked Smokey Mtn. National park along with a babbling brook. It was also just a 30 second drive or 5 walk to an amazing zipline company called Climb Works. Ask for Wagner and Sterling, absolutely the best! Also close to Gatlinburg but far enough away from the touristy things. Make sure to check out the Smokey Mtn. Brewery, amazing micro brews and great pizza.

  We traveled to Picture Perfect for our honeymoon and loved it! The views from the hot tub at night were amazing! Just you and the Smokies! The owners really do provide everything you need...even a bottle of wine and plenty of wine glasses! We had such
  an amazing time...everything from the rain shower to the grill to the quality of the sound system was really neat! The only negatives I will say is that you should be sure and buy your food/any other items that you might need before you get to the cabin because
  nothing is closeby! We learned this the hard way. I like that it is remote, but it is a little inconvenient if you forget something! Also, the other one bedrooms cabins are RIGHT next door to you. I wasn't expecting this...I thought they'd be further apart.
  We could hear our neighbors when we were out on the porch at night. They were all friendly, but I didn't really expect that the cabins would be so close to one another. Overall, a great, cozy cabin! Would totally recommend!

  The cabin was true luxury. The shower alone is worth the price of admission. I wish I had the bathroom in my house in Florida. Not much to complain about......there are 2 cabins close on either side of Picture Perfect, and a small, little traveled road, behind the cabin,so if you and the little woman decide to jump into the hot tub in the "el buffo," it might be wise to have a towel handy for getting in, and out of the reality, neither item proved to be a problem. Unlike some cabins in the area, you don't need a 4 wheel drive Jeep to get to the cabin. It's located just 2 blocks off hiway 321, and it has a nice new, and wide paved driveway up to the cabin. It is located about 14 miles from Gatlinburg. The cabin is excellent, and I would certainly stay their the way, remember that little road behind the cabin?........there is a zip line attraction on it , 2 blocks from the cabin.......you can walk to it, and that's exactly what we did.......great fun, and you need to make a reservation the day before you want to do it.

  We stayed at the aptly titled "Picture Perfect" for our honeymoon and it was well... perfect. The location, cabin, and amenities were perfect. Everything you could ever need is provided for you. The cabin is modern with a lot of cool features, yet still retains a cozy warm and homely feel. We highly recommend Elk Springs Resort Cabins for any getaway. My wife and I will definitely return some day, maybe for the winter.

  This property was a great spring time vacation spot. It was clean and well furnished. The view was great and the location was great. It was only a few minutes to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The amenities were outstanding w/ the jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor grill and the kitchen had everything you would need to make your own food if you wanted.

  EVERY THING WAS VERY NICE ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE DIRECTIONS FROM TOWN TO CABIN.     Hi Kim! Thanks for the kind review. The directions can be confusing so we suggest that guests follow the exact directions that we email to you. If you try and mapquest and gps it, sometimes the GPS and mapquest gets confused in the mountains. However, if you follow the directions that we email you, we have very few if any problems with directions. Remember, you get a 10% discount off any future stay!

  We absolutly LOVED this cabin, it was spotless and had all the amenities we could dream or...fully stocked kitchen (you only need food!) beautiful view and was only 10-15 min. from downtown Gaitlinburg which was also nice so that you got away from the hustle and bustle of the town. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with this property!! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!

  We stayed at the Picture Perfect Cabin for 2 nights in April. The cabin really is "picture perfect"! Very, very clean and all the amenities one would need for a perfect weekend. The only thing that we were a little disappointed with was the location. It could have been a little more secluded and higher on the mountain. However, the view from the top balcony was beautiful. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend the cabin.

  The chalet was absolutely wonderful. The directions were a little confusing but we found our way. Everything was perfect. It had everything we needed. It was a little far from the attractions but we were looking for privacy. Maybe we'll stay in a closer unit next time. The chalet was beautiful and had a couple chalets next to it. It was kind of cookie cutter, but definitely worth it.

  We stayed at Picture Perfect and the name suited the cabin we were in. The check in/out process was such a breeze. There was constant communication about our rental before we arrived. The cabin is gorgeous. It is some distance from Gatlinburg which was nice because we avoided the crowds there. It is close to some great hiking trails. Overall, my wife and I wanted to spend a romantic weekend together and I couldn't ask for anything better. The hot tub, home theatre, dry sauna, and all the little amenities about the cabin made the trip memorable.

  We have stayed in and around Gatlinburg several times. This cabin is BY FAR the nicest we have rented. It is very modern with all the nicest amenities! We were there during Superbowl weekend and were not disappointed with the TV and sound systems in each room. For an anniversary getaway where you want plenty of privacy, r & r and romance, this is a great cabin. The shower in the master suite is to die for and the indoor jacuzzi tub with fireplace too. There was a true fully stocked kitchen, which is nice because we did cook some meals there.
  We have a sleep number bed at home and the master bed is the closest thing to matching the comfort I have had on any vacation.
  I guess if there is a downside at all to this cabin it's that it could be a little higher on the mountain but it is easily accessible and we hope to come back during the warmer months on our motorcycles ( all paved roads ).
  It has a great little river down the hill which you can hear from the deck and although it was a bit cold during our trip to sit outside for very long, it was a nice and calming natural effect.
  No matter what your reason for getting away and renting this cabin, you will not be disappointed!!!

  Although its name "Picture Perfect" is an apt description of this luxurious cabin, we found it to be a true understatement. The well-equipped kitchen and grill inspired gourmet creativity. Property managers clearly anticipated every potential need guests might have during their stay and made provision for it. Everything was top quality, tastefully elegant and luxuriously comfortable. Even the view of the mountains and surrounding area inspired thoughts of a picturesque winter wonderland, especially during the snowstorm. We're looking forward to a return visit next year.

  Outstanding place for weekend getaway. A little pricey this time of year but certainly worth it overall. The only real issue we had was we couldn't get the Sauna to work. It appeared to have no power to it at all. Everything else was fantastic. We have stayed in many cabins around Gatlinburg, Wears Valley and Pigeon Forge, this is our favorite so far.
