  The cabin was great! We were sad to leave. It was not isolated & the driveway was very steep (to be expected) so weather could play a role in your stay in colder months. We would go back in a heart-beat! We didn't want for anything and really couldn't take it all in during our short stay! We will be back! Thanks Elk Springs!

  It isn't often that a rental property is actually better than what it appears in the pictures, but Mountain Elegance fits in that catagory. From the wine cooler to the chilled beer glasses waiting in the freezer, to the 3D glasses and DVD player, to the amazing rain shower with side spraying heads, this cabin delivered what it advertised...and more. Clean, quiet,and comfortable, it was difficult to leave in the morning but the hot tub and other amenities made it oh so easy to come home to after a day of hiking. The reservation and check-out processes were flawless. We especially liked the ability to drive directly to the cabin after receiving the phone call telling us our cabin was 11:30 am! Definitely a bonus. Without a doubt, this was the best rental experience of my life. Elk Springs has done their homework when it comes to customer service and it shows.

  We got there at 4 am we were exhausted, still we stayed up for another 6 hours enjoying everything that this cabin has to offer, the breath taking view, the outdoor hot tub, the jacuzzi... It was amazing..
  P.S.: do not take a random person there, you will fall in love unwillingly :)

  Mountain Elegance was even better than we anticipated. It looks exactly as it is in the pictures! It's a newer cabin with all the amenities. Unlike other cabin rental properties in different locations in Gatlinburg, Mountain Elegance was only near a few other cabins making it very private. It's a very romantic setting with four fireplaces and an endless mountain view. We didn't want to leave! We wouldn't stay anywhere else...can't wait to go back!

  Overall we had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful. It had everything in it you could want! Our only complaint(and its a very small complaint) is the outdoor fireplace/towel warmer. The towel warmer part did not work. Not a big deal, and did not ruin the trip at all. We will be doing this again, and staying in another cabin soon!

  What a wonderful visit we had with Elk Springs Resort. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities we expected. Amazing shower in the lower level!The 55" high-def TV's are awesome. We have stayed several places and this is one of the best. Only downside is location being as far out of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area as it is,however, we knew that going in so in all fairness that isn't really a negative if you're looking for a truly quiet getaway. Speaking of quiet, the only other small complaint would be the furnace is rather noisy being right in the closet located in the master bedroom.(Maybe something to keep in mind for future design/construction).The cabin was built in 2010 so a new cabin is always nice. Hopefully the standards will be maintained as time goes by. At this time I would highly recommend this resort and cabin to anyone.

  The cabin was in pristine condition and had every accommodation needed for a wonderfully relaxing weekend away - the owners thought of it all! The bed was incredibly comfy which made it heavenly to get into at the end of the day and difficult to get out of in the morning! It was a short distance from town, but perfectly located for enjoying a beautiful view of the mountains and the autumn foliage - we were thoroughly impressed and would recommend highly!

  We were the 5th or 6th rental on this cabin as it is brand new. It was gorgeous and decorated so is close to 2 other cabins but we never even heard vehicle traffic. It is a little drive from Gatlinburg, but not a difficult drive. Once you find it the first time it is a breeze after that. We did get the wrong check-in code and it took about an hour for them to call us back, but after that it was smooth sailing. We even just spent a day in the cabin relaxing it was so comfortable. We would highly recommend this cabin for a great stay for a couple.
